Payment

Your card will be charged 100% of the price of the booking on the day you book.

No Kids or Extra Beds

We are a child-free guest house and all our rooms are set up as double rooms. Sorry, no kids or infants allowed. We can't accommodate more than two people per room. Each of our rooms has one bad and can not be rearranged as a twin.

Self Check-In

Check-in is any time between 15.00 - 21.00. You’ll receive the code for the key safe via email prior to your arrival. If you would like to check-in earlier, this can be arranged for £10 (subject to availability).

Check-Out

Our check-out time is 10.00. Late check-out can be arranged for £10 (subject to availability).

Housekeeping

We provide full housekeeping service every 4 days. This includes change of bed sheets and towels, cleaning everything and restock tea and coffee supplies. If your stay is shorter, please call if you need anything.

No Breakfast

We are a room-only guest accommodation.  There are quite a few places near by that offer great breakfast for all budgets and diets.

Parking

Free public parking is available on the street. Pay and display car park nearby.

Pets

Sorry no fluffy guests allowed. 

Cancellation

All bookings are non-refundable. 

Accessibility of the rooms

Regency Rooms is a four-storey building without an elevator. The bedrooms are located on the lower ground, upper ground, 1st and 2nd floors. There are 8 steps to the front door. The most easily accessible room is our room 1 (Budget Double) with 3 steps leading down to it. We are happy to help you with your luggage if needed (please arrange prior to arrival).
